We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team, specializing in the automobile four-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate will manage the insurance processes, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for insurance applications and renewals.
• Liaise with insurance companies to secure quotes, manage policy documentation, and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Handle claims processing by collecting relevant information and following up with insurance providers and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide customer support by addressing insurance-related queries and guiding clients through the claims and renewal process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, insurance regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best options available.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in insurance coordination, preferably in the automobile segment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
