We are hiring a dynamic and goal-driven Health Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell health insurance products to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of insurance products, and a customer-centric approach. Experience in health insurance or financial services sales will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell health insurance policies to individuals and families.
Understand the client's requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and claim processes clearly to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Support clients throughout the insurance lifecycle, including claims and policy renewals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales or insurance.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet targets.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
