Job Description

• Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance plans, including life, health, motor, and general insurance policies.
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures to clients clearly and effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
• Handle policy renewals, claims assistance, and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client details in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in insurance regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
