We are a Royal Enfield Dealership in Dehradun and we are looking for Insurance Executive .

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor upcoming vehicle insurance expirations and ensure timely communication with customers for renewal processing.
• Prepare and send insurance renewal notices to clients, providing them with all necessary information regarding their policy expiration, renewal options, and premium payments.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain updated quotes and renewal terms for clients.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to discuss their insurance renewal needs, explain policy details, and answer any inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues related to insurance coverage, premiums, or claims.
• Guide customers through the insurance renewal process, ensuring they understand their options and the necessary steps for renewal.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance renewal transactions, including client communications, quotes, and policy details.
• Prepare and update insurance renewal reports using Microsoft Excel and portal, ensuring that all relevant data is organized and accessible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
