Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in client communications and policy management for existing and new insurance clients.
• Support in preparing financial models and excel-based analysis to assess insurance products and offer optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, helping them understand policy options and benefits.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on insurance products to recommend suitable plans for clients.
• Assist in policy renewals , claims processing, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of policies and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Insurance is preferred
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Modelling (knowledge of advanced Excel functions is a plus).
• Strong ability to create and deliver presentations to clients and senior management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of insurance products (Life, General, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.
