Job Decrepitation:
1. CALLING: TO ensure to call all the set number of customers on daily basis (as per data base pre-provided for commercial vehicles insurance) and to send the statement/report there on to the whatsup group
2. CHEQUE PICK UP: TO make suitable arrangement / follow up for pick-up of cheques from customers
3. POLICY PREPARATION: To ensure to coordinate with the concerned insurance service providers for preparing policy. After policy preparation ensure to hand over / issue of the policies to the customer's within the time frame.
5. PAYMENT DEPOSIT: To ensure the payments/ cheques received are sent to the bank and ensure to provide the receipt there on to the customers.
6. CUSTOMER ISSUES: To ensure to handle the customer's issues, if any, amicably, and to resolve it for better customer satisfaction
7. DAILY REPORTS: To ensure all the required daily reports is being sent to the HOD
Qualification: Any Graduation
Requisite Experience: Candidates having 1 to 2 years' experience from automobile sector in Insurance department will prefer.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
