Key Responsibilities:
• Insurance Administration:
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
• Process insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client communications.
• Office Management:
• Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in insurance practices.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Team Support:
• Collaborate with the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and record keeping.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Diploma or Graduate
Salary : 20 K-25 K CTC
• Experience:
• Min 3 experience in insurance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
