Key Responsibilities:
• Consultation & Advisory : Provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams on insurance products, policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Claims Management : Assist in reviewing and processing insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies, and identifying potential risks or fraud in claims submissions.
• Policy Review and Development : Help in reviewing existing insurance policies, recommending improvements or updates, and assisting in the development of new policies that align with current market trends and regulations.
• Training & Mentoring : Share knowledge and mentor junior staff, helping them understand best practices in insurance operations, claims management, underwriting, and customer service.
• Customer Interaction : Provide support to high-value clients or complex cases, answering questions regarding policies, claims, and coverage.
• Risk Assessment : Evaluate risk factors associated with various insurance policies and assist the team in making informed decisions.
• Process Improvement : Assist in reviewing and enhancing internal insurance processes, making them more efficient and compliant with industry regulations.
• Compliance & Regulatory Guidance : Stay updated on industry changes, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
• Project Support : Contribute to ongoing insurance-related projects, including policy changes, software upgrades, or new product launches.
