Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven " Insurance Direct Sales Executive" to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products directly to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
#Sales:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets for insurance products (Life, Health, General).
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., referrals, leads, cold calling).
3. Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions to customers.
#Customer Service:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
2. Provide product information, answer queries, and address concerns.
3. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
#Administrative:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and policy documentation.
2. Comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
3. Participate in training and development programs.
#Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales (direct sales experience preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

1. Experience in financial services or related industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
