Providing information to patients regarding cashless and reimbursement insurance procedures and available services
To facilitate process for availing insurance services like filling of forms, transmission of claim forms to TPA
Replying to queries to TPA under guidance of insurance in charge
Preparation of bills and submission of bills to TPAs
Tracking payments for cashless insurance patients
Making documents available for reimbursable insurance patients
Organize attestation by consultants and stamps
Keeping records of all the claims, bills, pending payments etc.
Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate with Billing Insurance (TPA) Experience - 6 months to 5 years
Immediate joiner from nearby location and hospital experience are preferable
