Job Description

An insurance coordinator is a professional who manages and coordinates various aspects of insurance policies and claims within an organization. Their responsibilities often include:

• Policy Management : Ensuring that the organization or clients have appropriate insurance coverage, renewing policies, and making sure all necessary documentation is up to date.
• Claims Processing : Handling insurance claims from start to finish, including filing claims, following up with insurance companies, and ensuring timely payment.
• Customer Service : Assisting clients or employees with insurance-related inquiries, explaining coverage details, and providing guidance on claim procedures.
• Compliance : Ensuring that all insurance practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment : Evaluating potential risks and recommending insurance products or strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Coordination with Insurers : Acting as a liaison between the organization or clients and insurance companies to resolve issues and negotiate terms.
• Reporting and Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of all insurance transactions, claims, and communications for audit and review purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
