• Claims Processing : Handling insurance claims from start to finish, including filing claims, following up with insurance companies, and ensuring timely payment.
• Customer Service : Assisting clients or employees with insurance-related inquiries, explaining coverage details, and providing guidance on claim procedures.
• Compliance : Ensuring that all insurance practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
