Insurance Vendors Relationship Management: -Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies as a vendor. - Should be willing to travel and meet the insurance companies representatives -Act as the main point of contact for insurance company representatives. -Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with insurance companies. -Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. Insurance Product Knowledge: -Develop a deep understanding of the insurance products offered by the insurance companies. -Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies. -Provide guidance to customers regarding insurance product options and suitability. Questionnaire Development: -Design and develop a comprehensive questionnaire within the software platform. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for the questionnaire. -Ensure that the questionnaire covers all necessary information required for accurate insurance quotes and policy issuance. -Incorporate logical flow and user-friendly design into the questionnaire. Customer Engagement and Support: -Assist customers in completing the questionnaire and understanding the questions. -Provide guidance on insurance coverage options based on customer needs and preferences. -Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the questionnaire or insurance products. -Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries through various communication channels such as email,chat,video calls etc. Data Management and Analysis: -Collect and manage customer data obtained through the questionnaire. -Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information in the software system. -Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and potential areas for improvement. -Generate reports and insights to assist in decision-making and improve customer experience. -Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to insurance sales and customer data privacy. -Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry. -Implement necessary measures to safeguard customer data and maintain data privacy and security. Continuous Improvement: -Identify opportunities to enhance company revenue by collaborating with new vendors and customers. -Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. -Collaborate with the software development team to implement enhancements and updates to the questionnaire and software platform.
