Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Motor Insurance Claim Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently while providing exceptional service to policyholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring claims are handled accurately and promptly, fostering trust and satisfaction among our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess motor insurance claims for validity and completeness.
• Gather necessary documentation, including police reports, photos, and repair estimates.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, garages, and third-party service providers to facilitate the claims process.
• Evaluate claims based on policy terms and conditions, making decisions on claim approvals or denials.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, correspondence, and decision-making processes.
• Provide support and guidance to policyholders throughout the claims process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to motor insurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in insurance or claims handling.
• Previous experience in motor insurance claims handling is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
