JOB DESCRIPTION : Insurance Sales Agent

Commercial Pro Shield Insurance is expanding its team and is seeking a skilled Transportation Commercial Lines Account Manager . This role is focused on managing Trucking and Transportation insurance accounts, providing top-tier client service, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and risk management solutions. •As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with various team members to design and deliver the best P&C coverage for clients while maintaining exceptional service standards.•

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support:
• Maintain accurate client records and provide day-to-day client support for intermediate-level inquiries.
• Foster strong relationships with insurance carrier personnel, ensuring that carrier goals and objectives are met to enhance business partnerships.
• Account Management:
• Keep client files up to date, ensuring compliance with company procedures and contributing to positive audit results.
• Ensure the accuracy of client information for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits. Timely entry of these transactions to generate billing invoices.
• Review premium audits following agency guidelines to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable reports for assigned accounts, contributing to client retention efforts.
• Insurance Expertise:
• Utilize your technical knowledge to secure timely quotes from carriers, reviewing for gaps and assisting with any inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing industry training to stay current with technical knowledge and best practices.
• Additional Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and client needs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
• Property & Casualty License (P&C) required
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, particularly for trucking and transportation accounts
• Proficient in client service via electronic, phone, and in-person communication
• Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agency Management Software (EPIC preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and presentation software

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Monthly Salary: 30k -50k
