Job Overview:

• Position: Insurance Advisors
• Location: Beyond Service, 88FT Road, near Majitha Road, Amritsar
• Shift: Day Shifts only
• Salary: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives/Commission based profile also available

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service bookings, and follow-ups.
• Provide information about our services, promotions, and offerings to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with the service team to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
