Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and other outreach strategies.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Customer Engagement:
• Explain the benefits, coverage, and terms of various health insurance products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.
• Sales and Relationship Building:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy documentation.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills Required:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex terms in simple language.
• Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
