Educational Qualification : ITI/Diploma Electrician/Electronics & Instrumentation

Experience: 2+ yrs. of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (Knowledge & experience of Instrumentation must)

JD - Instrumentation Technician/Executive

• To provide electrical engineering support for AC/DC electrical equipment including Switchyard, electrical distribution, drives, breakers, transformers, Power & Signal Circuits, PLC controls/SCADA and related.
• Use gauges and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and mechanic hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
• Installation and maintenance of electrical/electronic devices, measuring and controlling instrumentation and plant process control systems relating to industrial production and processing machinery and maintain database.

4. Perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of instrument application, operation and of the electrical and mechanical principles involved in repair, testing and calibration

5. Maintenance and calibration of process instrumentation devices, electrical power distribution and monitoring devices, VFD drives and motor control. Must be familiar with VFD structure and be able to determine causes of failure.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance including calibration, testing and diagnostic tools.
• Investigate equipment failures, determine root cause of failure.
• Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns.
• Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of the plant mechanical integrity program.
• Must be able to work long hours (10-12) in Shifts. (Ability to work overtime when called upon).
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and walk long distances during the course of the workday.
• Ability to read and follow flow diagrams, Sigle Line Circuit Diagrams, mechanical configuration drawings and P&ID drawings.
• Co-ordinating with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot malfunctions in complex industrial systems.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
