Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELVS, CCTV, EPABX.
• Oversee and manage the overall maintenance of the building, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems.
• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all security infrastructure equipment.
• Maintain records of building maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all related systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions related to ELVS, CCTV, EPABX, and access control systems.
• Conduct regular tests and audits of safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper integration of safety systems within the overall infrastructure and address any technical issues.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the usage of safety and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance.
• Document and report system status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents or alarms related to security systems.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies related to safety and security infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in handling ELVS, CCTV, EPABX, and access control systems.

• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading these systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to infrastructure systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of safety and regulatory standards applicable to building maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
• Technical certifications or training in safety systems, electronics, or related fields is preferred.
