Your role in our mission
Assist in designing engaging curriculum for our workforce as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing
What we're looking for
• Experience analyzing learning needs and consulting with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
• Reviews user requirements, design specifications, and other project documentation.
• Gathers information required to develop training courses and materials.
• Assists in applying instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure that course materials meet learning goals. Reviews outlines and scripts to confirm that appropriate content is covered.
• Authors training materials and ensures that content is relevant and appropriate to learning needs.
• Develops computer-based instructional programs from outlines, documents and other materials.
• May facilitate course delivery during the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and to monitor early feedback for course improvement.
• Consults with trainers and clients to develop custom agendas. Authors quiz questions and interactive modules to assess participant retention.
• Experience with Captivate or Articulate strongly preferred
• Availability during US working hours
