The Training Associate III role is responsible assisting in the delivery of online training resources, task/procedural documentation, classroom training and organizational development initiatives. This position will also facilitate and assist with online documentation, research tools and web-based training resources for operating departments.Key Responsibilities

• Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers

• Provides developmental support to employees

• Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options

• Provides clerical support (i.e. schedule maintenance)

• Delivers processes and procedures via job aids, manuals, or facilitation

• Documents post trainings activities

• Assists with technical issues and questions during trainings

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• 8-10 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
