Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-time, work-from-office Immediate joining is preferred. Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional materials for corporate and educational clients, including eLearning courses, simulations, and interactive modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content.
Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals.
Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

Requirements:

2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the eLearning industry.
Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
