Position Summary: This position is responsible for creating and delivering training e-modules. Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests using web interface. Responsibilities: Conduct front end analysis, training needs, assessments and product surveys. Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results. Connect with subject-matter experts and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutions. Participate in content review, revision and sign-off cycles. Evaluate upcoming products and technology to forecast training needs. Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. Coach and mentor colleagues and clients on training and instructional design processes Provide process improvement guidance. Plan, design, evaluate and edit eLearning and instructor-led training content. Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise in industry knowledge. Skills Required: Knowledge of instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption. Strong attention to detail (proofreading and editing skills a plus). Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiencies. Ability to multitask and interface with many personalities. Enthusiastic and well organized Capable of adhering to schedules and raising issues as necessary Ability to work with domestic and international business cultures. Ability to travel and visit local client sites and offices. Education/Experience: Assocaites with Bachelor\'s degree in education/ Instructional Design or equivalent combination of education and 2-6 years of professional work experience.
