• Analysing learning needs and objectives.
• Develop training modules for teams to help them succeed in their job.
• Designing the structure and flow of the learning content.
• Creating instructional strategies and approaches.
• Design & develop effective assessments - MCQ's, case studies and simulations, to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content.
• Ensuring alignment with learning standards and best practices.
• Sharing elaborative instructions for creation with the Design Team.
Skill Sets:
• Learning Models & Theories: Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.
• Content Organization: Ability to structure content logically and in a way that supports learning objectives.
• Storytelling: Skill in creating narratives and scenarios that engage learners and facilitate comprehension.
• Assessment Design: Proficiency in creating effective quizzes, tests, case studies and other assessments to measure learner progress.
• Multimedia Integration: Familiarity with integrating multimedia elements like videos, images, and interactive elements.
• Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with SMEs, other team members & the Design Team.
• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
