Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training and development programs, managing learning management systems, and creating curriculum. Qualifications Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development Experience in Instructional Design and Training & Development Proficiency in Learning Management Systems Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the edTech industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Education or related field
