• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
• Proficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, MS 365 Suite, Video, audio and recording tools etc
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Ability to design flyers, process flow diagrams and create content effectively
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client objectives and audience
• Develop multimedia content with SME collaboration
• Design detailed storyboards and scripts
• Ensure quality through testing and QA processes
• Manage projects, timelines, and budgets effectively
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing regular updates and gathering feedback
• Provide training and support to clients and end-users
• Evaluate module effectiveness and iterate as needed
• Create documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
