The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of both classroom based and online courses. The Instructional Designer creates and implements effective courses using current innovative design methods, is familiar with instructional technologies ancillary tools such as graphics, video and sound editors, and models effective design practices.

• You will create/update content, hands-on simulations, labs, graphics and e-learning courses
• You will develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning and instructor led training
• Create digital gamification experiences for all Kinaxis curriculum

Qualifications

• Experience as an Instructional Designer in a highly technical environment
• Must be self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Experience creating learning solutions for channel and business partners
• Video editing, gamification and animation experience
• Scripting knowledge preferred
• Knowledge and familiarity with GenAI tools and applications

Role Specific Skills and experience

• Expert knowledge in E-Learning, ILT, graphic design, video production
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated skill in course design for accessibility
• Work within a team environment for design, collaboration, review, and editing
• Experience with products such as Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, CloudShare and other relevant tools preferred
• Experience with leading LMS/LXP products and building learning paths and curriculum within such platforms
• Experience with building assessments and certifications preferred
