Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective learning experiences using instructional design principles and technologies. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create engaging and impactful training materials tailored to meet organizational and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instructional Design:
+ Develop instructional strategies, course designs, and storyboards for digital and instructor-led training programs.
+ Design and implement learning objectives, assessments, and activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Content Development:
+ Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and other multimedia resources.
+ Edit and revise content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaboration:
+ Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate course content.
+ Provide guidance on instructional design best practices to cross-functional teams.
• Technology Utilization:
+ Leverage e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver training solutions.
+ Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Quality Assurance:
+ Test and review learning materials for usability, effectiveness, and technical functionality.
+ Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards and organizational guidelines.
• Evaluation and Improvement:
+ Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve training content and delivery methods.
+ Continuously update and enhance training materials to address changing needs.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Experience:
+ 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
+ Proven expertise in creating e-learning content and instructional materials.
• Skills:
+ Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
+ Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards.
+ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
+ Ability to translate technical content into easily understandable learning materials.
+ Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in instructional design or related fields.
