### Mission


KEY ACTIVITIES

• Create trainings for all Radiall Campus
• Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, state instructional end goals and evaluative strategies to deliver a design content
• Create instructional materials such as instructor-led courses, self-paced courses, videos, user guides, scripts, storyboards, assessments, etc. that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction or performance support content
• Establish effective relationships throughout the organization, both within Digital learning team and across business units/customers/stakeholders to identify/address gaps in training
• Select the most appropriate learning methods/approach according to the target audience and training needs and develop training content to meet goals/objectives
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Help deploy the digital learning strategy and support Central Digital Learning team


### Profile


• Bachelor's degree in the Instructional Designer field of study
• Advanced-Level: 5+ years of relevant work experience
