Qualifications and Experience:
Leadership Experience: 4-5 years of leadership experience, preferably leading a learning instructional design team.
Leadership and Coaching: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and leverage team strengths for optimal results and collaboration.
Digital Learning Expertise: Proficiency in digital learning solutions and technology, including experience with LMS.
Instructional Design Knowledge: Expert knowledge of modern adult learning techniques, instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), creative writing, and best practices for learning design teams.
Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and fostering crucial business relationships with internal and external partners to achieve optimal results.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
