Instructional Designer
Job Description
We are hiring an Instructional Designer for a full-time position. The role involves developing engaging instructional content using research-based teaching methods, creating strategies tailored to diverse learner needs, and implementing innovative content through technologies like microlearning and gamification. The ideal candidate will stay updated on new learning theories, educational tools, and AI, while collaborating with stakeholders and managing design teams and vendors. The position requires over 10 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in EdTech leadership, proficiency in design tools like Articulate, Captivate, and Vyond, along with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Candidates should be innovative, adaptable, collaborative, and have a passion for continuous improvement.
