Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with SMEs to understand create packages as need from grass root seed materials (course programs, text, ppts)
Work closely with SMEs to identify and drive the new or existing module improvements.
Apply instructional Design and adult learning principles needed to create the packages, such as Story Boards, Graphics Design, Use of visuals, Narration, Zoom engagement tools.
Apply design criteria to module development and design modules appropriately to achieve learning objectives through Survey and test questions or assessments.
Develop and review storyboards and drive improvement to existing training packages.
Developing objectives, rewriting and reshaping content, developing visual storyboards and developing assessments
Respond to SME requests for module improvements and creation.
Coordinate with Content SMEs to ensure Content Design and Implementation process moves seamlessly.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Experienced in handling multiple SME's and stakeholder management.
Learning, Development & training background, passionate about making, learning a stimulating and empowering experience.
Experienced in digital content development, workflows. Advanced expertise in Content Designing
Designing and delivering learning design solutions based on business needs.
Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks.
Familiarity with course design and development using Adobe, Articulate or any authoring tools
Understand the leading industry content authoring tools (Camtasia, Articulate, VYOND, Adobe CC)
HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is an added advantage.
