Job Title: Instructional Designer and Trainer
Industry: Military Hardware
Scope: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Bengaluru (on-site)
Salary: 12-14 LPA
Responsibilities:
• Join the documentation team in developing and delivering a variety of content for internal and external audiences, in-person and remotely.
• Work with SMEs and other stakeholders to provide accurate and effective training content.
• Design engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention.
• Create training materials (presentations, training manuals, videos, etc).
Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and improve training materials and outcomes.
•
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace.
• Proven experience in instructional design, content design, or training, within a relevant field (hardware, defense, etc)
• Spoken and written knowledge of Hindi and English
• Ability and willingness to travel as required for on-site training sessions
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles of instructional design
