DESCRIPTIONJeff Bezos earlier in 2020 said We will try to use Amazon's global footprint to export 10 billion USD of \'Make in India\' goods by 2025We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Instock Manager as part of the India Global Selling team to help realize the above ambitious goal. The role-holder will own developing the Account Strategy for all the categories exported from India and all export marketplaces as part of the Global Selling Program. Key responsibilities will include owning the topline for all accounts across NA, EU, MENA AU etc. locales, helping define Account Management strategy around planning, roadmaps and execution, defining key product segments to target, building long-term business opportunity to drive innovation working with category teams across locales.
The ideal candidate will possess good business judgment, have a track record of commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving challenging problems.Specific responsibilities include the following:
\xc2\xb7 Managing topline, including planning, forecasting and driving growth for all accounts across all NA, EU, MENA, AU etc. locales, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.
\xc2\xb7 Identifying industry trends that are relevant to customer selection and experience. Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
\xc2\xb7 Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
\xc2\xb7 Generating and implementing big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within the categories and across all markets, in partnership with category managers and country managers across NA, EU, MENA, AU etc.Location:
This position is based out of Bangalore, India. The person will work closely with other Global Selling Teams across the worldBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience closing sales and generating revenuePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience influencing C-level executives
