Key Responsibilities: -
Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA sector and large institutions, fostering relationships to generate sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the HORECA and institutional client base.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gorek Technologies' product range (domestic oil press/maker machines, commercial oil expellers, food processors, 3D printers, etc.) to provide expert recommendations to institutional clients.
- Sales Targets: Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Handle negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align on strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
