Job Description


Key Responsibilities :1. Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.2. Generate leads via personal network and networking events3. Excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact to completion4. Presenting LSSR's products to prospective Clients (remotely/live)5. Prepare business plans for the targeted region6. Collaborate with all departments including products team, marketing and technology team7. Stay up to date with developments in the industry8. Represent the Company at EXPOs and external meetings9. Dealing with prospective clients via emails, social media, telephone10. Maintain an organized database of clients and or prospects while supporting themRequirements:1. At least 5+ years of experience in B2B related field in the financial services industry2. Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to close deals with clients3. Strong B2B connections in the industry with an existing network4. Experience in selling payment solutions, liquidity or technology to brokers would be viewed as an asset5. Analytical and multitasking skills.6. Well organised and detail oriented, able to track and report on progress on multiple different tracks.7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite8. An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.9. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.10. Strong client-facing and communication skills.11. A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;12. Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI);13. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.15. Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;Plus to Have :1.
