Job Summary:
The Institutional Sales (ASM) is responsible for generating and managing sales of FMCG products to institutional clients, such as hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, hospitals, and corporate offices. The role focuses on developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition : Identify potential institutional clients and develop sales strategies to capture new business.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Sales Targets : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts with institutional buyers to ensure mutually beneficial deals.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and trends in the institutional sales segment.
Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management on client needs, challenges, and sales performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies .
Preferred candidate profile: Candidates B2B and FMCG Background preferred
