Seeking a motivated Institutional Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive institutional product sales. Ideal candidate has financial services sales experience and strong client relationship skills.

• Industry Awareness: Keep updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through personal networks and events.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service from contact to completion.
• Product Presentation: Showcase our products to prospective clients.
• Business Planning: Develop business plans for the target region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with all departments for success.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry developments.
• Representation: Act as Company representative at expos and meetings.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients via various channels.
• Database Management: Maintain organized client database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years B2B financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Established B2B network.
• Analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Adaptability to changing environments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for business growth.
• Team management experience.
• Strategic planning expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes, once/twice a month.
• Male candidates preferred.

Plus to Have:

• Experience in the online financial trading industry: Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platform.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
