The Senior Sales Manager - B2B (OEM & Industrial Sales) will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large industrial buyers and OEM customers. This role requires deep knowledge of industrial or chemical products , a strategic sales mindset , and the ability to manage long sales cycles with complex decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bring experience in selling to institutional clients, manufacturers, and large buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute B2B Sales Strategy :
• Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the OEM and institutional markets for our chemical products.
• Identify and target potential OEM customers , industrial buyers, and other B2B clients.
• Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and nurture relationships to close high-value deals .
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build long-term partnerships with OEMs, industrial clients, and other large B2B buyers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue growth.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing customers.
• Lead Sales Processes and Negotiations :
• Manage the complete sales cycle , from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closing.
• Develop tailored sales proposals that align with customer needs and the company's manufacturing capabilities.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in a way that benefits both the company and the client.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
• Continuously assess the OEM and institutional markets, identify new opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Analyze competitors and their offerings to position our products more effectively.
• Sales Targets and Reporting :
• Set and meet ambitious sales targets and KPIs to drive company growth.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market insights , and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams :
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure products are tailored to meet market demands.
• Provide feedback from customers to help shape product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling industrial or chemical products to large institutions or OEM clients.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through direct sales to institutional and OEM clients.
• Strong knowledge of the construction chemicals industry or related industrial sectors is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and procurement teams.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Skills :
• Deep understanding of OEM procurement processes and experience in the chemical or construction products industry.
• Established relationships with OEM clients or industrial buyers would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with international sales or exporting industrial products would be a plus.
