Designation : Installer/Technician

Location : Kadavanthra, Kochi

Job Profile : The Installer Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various systems and equipment as per customer requirements. The role includes providing technical support during the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring that all installations meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of systems and equipment being installed.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong communication skills for customer interactions.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry equipment, and work in various environments (e.g., construction sites, high elevations).

Other Requirements: Valid driver's license (if applicable), ability to travel to various job sites.

Work Environment:

Field-based position, with travel to client sites as necessary.

May require working outdoors or in varied conditions.

Standard work hours with the possibility of overtime depending on project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of electrical systems, IT systems, or specialized machinery, depending on the nature of the installations.

Familiarity with industry standards, tools, and safety procedures.
