Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated

Installation & Services Maintenance Technician

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing

SmartNode products

, ensuring proper site handover to customers, educating them about product features, and providing after-sales service. The role involves both

office and field work

.

Key Responsibilities:

Install

SmartNode products

at customer sites. Perform site handover and educate customers about product features and usage. Provide

service and maintenance support

for installed products. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal product performance. Maintain records of installation and service activities. Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts management. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during installations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical knowledge

of electrical systems and installations. Experience in

installation, maintenance, and servicing

of electronic products. Strong

customer interaction and training

skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Good documentation and reporting skills. Willingness to travel for on-site installations and servicing.

Work Environment:

Combination of

office and field work

. Travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in

product installation and maintenance

. Knowledge of

SmartNode or similar smart electronic systems

is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
