Job Description

Purpose: -1. This position involves undertaking the Installation, Service, Maintenance & Field upgrades of the Incredible Devices medical devices with an objective to keep all the devices operational as per technical specification and to achieve customer satisfaction.

2. Share experience and best practice of product services and applications with colleagues.

3. Accurately document field service activities, including installation report and service work report, and timely submit through the required system.

4. Contribute to knowledge base to allow continued improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.

2. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications/upgrades.

3. Maintaining service tools and calibration kits.

4. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

5. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues

6. Identifying and participating in service sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and qualification products.

7. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Candidate Requirement: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics / E&C /Instrumentation /Biomedical.

2. Experience levels: Up to 3 years of service support experience on medical devices or lab equipment's.

3. Skills: Candidate Technically competent and should have skills set to handle products and customers

4. Good Communication skills is must.

5. Must have valid 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler (preferred) driving license.Job
