• Coordinate and schedule solar installation appointments based on customer availability and technician schedules.
• Ensure accurate timing for the delivery and installation of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
• Maintain a well-organized calendar of upcoming installation jobs to avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates, discuss any site-specific details, and ensure they are prepared for installation.
• Answer customer questions regarding the solar installation process, requirements, and expectations.
• Provide timely updates to customers if there are any changes to the schedule or unexpected delays.
• Ensure that installers have all necessary equipment, tools, and materials prior to the job.
• Track the progress of installations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after installation, including rescheduling, delays, or equipment-related problems.
• Ensure customers are informed and updated regularly in case of any changes or delays.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional questions or concerns regarding the solar system.
• Provide support for any post-installation issues, including warranty concerns or maintenance requests.
