Job Title: Installation ExecutiveEducational Qualification: Engineering GraduateExperience: Minimum 4 years in Industrial operations/plant or sales/marketing of Engineering goods.Fluent in English and HindiSelf-starter, ability to network effectively with Director level client interfacePassion towards energy sustainability and quick learnerAbility to analyze challenges in product performance and support post sales issues of products.Positive attitudeTravel: 90%Reporting Manager: Installation HeadJob Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Interact with clients/customers to explain the products considering the design and usage advantages and benefits.\xc2\xb7 Review and Analysis of the customer requirements and identifying the products required by the customer and issuance of the quotation.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that Purchase Orders are received on the approved products from the clients.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the product installation activities at client locations with a shared services team and installation team.\xc2\xb7 Prepare performance reports on the products for presentation to upper administration.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the installation team follows safety, health and business laws and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of the product performance after sales and providing the post-sale service.\xc2\xb7 Schedule the periodic product maintenance activities to ensure the timely support to customers. Communication pre-installation requirements to customer / client.\xc2\xb7 Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer / client representatives.\xc2\xb7 Documentation of installation, operation and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers.\xc2\xb7 Ensure installation kits are available all the time.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.\xc2\xb7 Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any to Managing Director\xc2\xb7 Generation of invoice for the installation, repair and maintenance services.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed in a timely manner and adhered as per the schedule.\xc2\xb7 Travel to customer / client location for installation activities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the availability of components / parts to be installed at customer locations.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per monthBenefits:
