Job Description


Objective of the Role : This is a unique role combining a consultant\'s knowledge of solutions delivery, and a business developer\'s action-orientation for achievement of revenue & training delivery target. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and uncover the business needs of new clients and strategize how our offerings can be delivered to grow their business.

Key elements of the Role:

1. As a Facilitator/ Trainer:

- Delivering and facilitating complex talent development projects as per defined standards of clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in all products revolving around our business verticals, along with expertise in delivering sales training and leadership development training.

- Managing entire delivery programs.

- Customizing delivery programs in line with client\'s business requirements.

2. As Business Development:

- Assist with preparing and executing the Sales strategy for the assigned territory to acquire new target clients and ensure repeat business by showcasing InspireOne value.

- Proactively work with clients to understand the client need around sales, leadership and organizational culture related business initiative and articulate the same in detail in the Post Meeting report with client and align with practice team at IO.

- Contribute and understand Proposal Designing & Development Document to walk the client through the proposal.

- Commercial understanding with regards to - Proposal pricing and effectively negotiating with the client.

- Developing a network of client base from past and current relationships and ensuring deep relationships with multiple stakeholders in each client engagement.

- Engage with C- Level executives and conduct client meetings over the phone and F2F.

3. Business Impact Analysis:

- Devising methods to objectively measure impact of different solutions and interventions related to individual role.
