Company DescriptionEurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is a leading certification body providing Audit & Certification, Inspections, and other services covering the broad spectrum of sustainable supply chain.Eurofins will help the customers to mitigate risks in their supply chain and to ensure the benchmarking performance with operations, processes, systems, people or capabilities.Whether you are in Food, Cosmetics, Consumer products or Health care sector, our global auditor and technical expert network will help to mitigate/eliminate your risks against supply chain and distribution flows: Regulatory and Industrial standards.We have accreditations for a number of different industry standards/memberships to ensure we service the entire supply chain.The Inspection Report Checker receives assignments and missions from his/her direct manager. The overall mission scope will cover the below: \xef\x82\xb7 Receiving the report from the QC after each inspection \xef\x82\xb7 Checking the report as per Eurofins CPA general instruction, customer\'s ACB \xef\x82\xb7 Making corrections (including typing mistakes, spelling mistakes), and checking with the QC if any doubt or missing elements \xef\x82\xb7 Sending the report on time (the same day or before 1:00PM the day after the inspection - or the time agreed with the customer for some urgent cases through EAOL and upload the report in customer database when required \xef\x82\xb7 If any, giving feedback to the QC/team manager/inspection manager so they can improve the team process and reduce mistakes. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining a follow up of the activity and specific customers files as per instruction \xef\x82\xb7 Answering to customer\'s questions regarding the report \xef\x82\xb7 Other related responsibilities assigned by direct ManageQualificationsThe Inspection Report Checker should hold a university license/master\'s degree, fluent in written English; good computer skills (word, excel, pdf, and general office software etc.) The Inspection Report Checker should be a hard-working person and he / she can manage the pressure and good at organizing the daily tasks.Additional InformationHe/she should also have good communication skill and demonstrate below qualities: \xef\x82\xb7 Integrity \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible \xef\x82\xb7 Careful on details \xef\x82\xb7 Rigorous \xef\x82\xb7 Disciplined
