• Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct sample-based reviews of workflows and report on

quality metrics, highlighting areas met, missed, or needing improvement.

• Evaluate and document the quality performance of various teams across different workflows.
• Investigate escalations, perform root cause analysis, and assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance quality.
• Monitor overall project performance, share audit findings, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular calibrations with the team based on various assessments performed.
• Work with the training team to develop and implement quality enhancement plans, offering innovative process improvement ideas.
• Update and refine quality frameworks to align with evolving workflows and standards.
• Offer timely feedback for immediate corrections and proactively identify potential quality issues.
• Oversee the delivery of team outcomes and share periodic reports on overall project performance.

• Mandatory skill sets: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience in quality analysis / quality control or a related field.
• Ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis.
• Keen eye for detail with ability to comprehend and assess processes and workflows as defined by the client, with a focus on performing quality control on work completed by vendor teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively with various teams, including training and operations.
• Skills in managing projects, tracking outcomes, and reporting on performance.
• Efficient in managing time and meeting deadlines for reviews and reports.
• Commitment to fostering continuous improvement and innovation in processes.

• Preferred skill sets: \xe2\x80\xa2 Project / delivery management

• QA/QC experience, lean/six sigma understanding.

• Years of experience required: \xe2\x80\xa2 0-3 yrs.

• Education qualification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Any Graduation/MBA
