Job Title : Manager/Dy Manager/Sr Assistant to Insolvency Professional
Location : Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Dy Manager/Sr Assistant to join our team of Insolvency Professional.

The candidate should be a graduate with 2-5 years of professional experience, in Insolvency-related matters. You will be responsible for managing insolvency cases, ensuring compliance of regulations under IBBI.

Key Responsibilities:

? Knowledge of insolvency proceedings & Prepare,file necessary documents with relevant authorities (NCLT, IBBI, etc.) and Ensure compliance with insolvency and regulations.

? Conduct due diligence, financial assessments, and strategic planning for resolutions.

? Liaise with creditors, debtors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

? Monitor and report on the progress of insolvency cases to relevant parties.

? Support senior professionals in complex insolvency and restructuring tasks.

Qualifications:

? Educational Requirements : Any Graduate.

o Preferred : Advocate/CS/ICWA with a valid degree or relevant insolvency certification.

? Experience :

o Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in insolvency or related fields.

? Skills :

o Knowledge of insolvency laws and bankruptcy regulations.

o Strong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
