You will act as a Custodian of the overall insighting domain for his/her state cluster xe2x80x93 overall accountable for gathering & upkeep of cluster-specific insights, working in tandem with cluster team members, as well as sharing them as needed within the insights chapterYour OpportunityYou will be the single point of contact for all research & insight generation efforts within the state cluster, includingPrimary / secondary research specific to brands, disease areasCompetitive intelligencePatient journey mapping (if cluster-specific) and related researchCustomer (prescribers & non-prescribers) insightsSoF-specific information pertinent to the respective clusterThe above activities will require the Insights partner to be on field (upto 50%).Lead insight generation & collation activities from own cluster as required, given the chapter needsDistill key insights from own cluster from time to time, and share as relevant xe2x80x93 fostering sharing of learnings across clustersDesign & maintain up-to-date cluster-specific collateral for effective, data-driven decision-making. For example:Customer and patient personas to enable better messaging, call planning, engagement strategies, promotional initiatives, etc.Influence maps in the cluster for different ecosystems and accountsCustomer belief-mapping estimates for various Roche productsLead local market research needs for the state, including any for new launchesSupport design of innovative solutions based on customer / account / patient level insightsWho you areYou are someone with 3+ years of work experience in Primary research, consulting or in a corporate strategy functionCandidates with primary research experience preferredStrong analytical capability, strategic thinking and strong problem solving skillsPrior experience of handling consulting / complex research projects, preferably in healthcare / pharma and must have Knowledge of productivity toolsxe2x80x8bWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
