Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist , you will drive sales growth by converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven education solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify prospective students.
• Articulate the company's value proposition effectively and create a great first impression.
• Set up and coordinate counseling sessions with in-house study abroad experts.
• Accurately record and maintain customer data and insights on tools provided by the company.
• Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in the study-abroad domain.
• Negotiation and closing manage the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6 Months - 5 Years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B, B2C preferably in the EdTech
• Strong understanding of technology and the educational market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in driving sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Location: West Mambalam, Chennai

Preferred Candidate : Immediate Joiners or Short Notice
