What you will do:

  • Daily quota of mining fresh entries across allocated industry verticals region-wise
  • Daily quota of Mapping concerned stakeholders of at least 50% mined client entries
  • Ensure at least 10-15% of daily mapped stakeholders show some interests across our business lines
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations ensuring accurate representation of services.
  • Keep abreast of market developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends to provide insights for product enhancement and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and contribute to marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports in the CRM system.


Requirements

  • 6 Months - 1 Years of Experience in Data Mining and Lead Generation from any industry, preferably IT Software Sales
  • Should be able to work as part of Sales team and effectively manage Data Mining, Mapping, Calling over leads Generated
  • Candidate should handle his/her own targets and be responsible to collaborate with internal teams of Sales/Pre-Sales and within acceptable time frames
  • Latest competitive trends, Daily Reports, Vendor information will be reported to Business Head
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field will be preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of proven Inside Sales experience in doing Lead Mining, Mapping, Qualification and Meeting Fixation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Good Knowledge in Lead Generation Automation tools.
